Our Friends & Family CPR workshop is designed for anyone who wants to learn lifesaving skills in a relaxed, hands-on environment—without the need for a certification card.
Learn how to recognize a cardiac emergency, perform adult, child, and infant CPR, use an AED, and respond to choking. The focus is on giving you practical skills and confidence to help until emergency responders arrive.
Perfect for: Parents, grandparents, babysitters, caregivers, families, new parents, community groups, and anyone who wants to be better prepared for an emergency.
No certification required. No prior experience needed.


COMMUNITY FRIENDS & FAMILY WORKSHOP
Lifesaving Skills for Everyday People
You don't have to be a healthcare professional to make a difference in an emergency.
This hands-on workshop gives you the opportunity to practice CPR, AED use, and choking response in a comfortable learning environment. Ask questions, practice your skills, and leave feeling more prepared to respond when someone you love needs help.
$65 per participant
Public workshops are scheduled based on interest.
This is an educational workshop and does not provide an AHA course completion card.
PRIVATE FRIENDS & FAMILY WORKSHOP
Learn Together. Be Prepared Together.
Gather your family, friends, caregivers, parenting group, or community organization and we'll bring the training to you.
We'll provide the instructor and training equipment—you provide the space and the people.
$75 per participant

CLASSROOM WORKSHOP
A Private Classroom Brought to You
Our climate-controlled Mobile Classroom provides your group with a comfortable, dedicated space to learn and practice lifesaving skills—right at your location.
$85 per participant

All you provide is a safe, accessible parking area.
